To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 220, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Spurs vs. LA Lakers game.

Had no trouble seeing the ball from 220, row 11, seat 4. I had these seats for a Mavericks game which is always a fun game to go to since both team's fans are well represented in the building.
The view will give a vantage point from the corner but it still felt very much like a sideline seat. The upper levels usually offer piss poor views of the court because it's so small but the AT&T is a little on the small side so the view is very serviceable.

The upper levels have terribly steep inclines so those on crutches or elderly should probably avoid these seats at all costs.
