These seats aren't nearly as bad as what one might think. I just wanted some cheap tickets for the game and didn't really care where I sat. I have sat on the lower levels and even the coveted Terrace Suite for Spurs games in the past. Currently on Stubhub, you can get these seats for $8 for upcoming Spurs games to give you an idea of how cheap they can get so they're great for Spurs fans on a budget. But I wouldn't recommend bringing a family to a game and sitting on the upper levels. Getting to the balcony level is too much of a trip for little ones and they can't see the court very well so they will feel very disconnected from the game.

If it's just you or a group of fans coming to the game, you won't mind these seats. We were in row 9 so there weren't a ton of stairs to climb at all.
