To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 101, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Spurs/Dallas Mavericks game at the AT&T Center.
First of all, if you ever see a ticket for section 101 - row 6 online and it's advertised as the front row, keep in mind that it is the front row of section 101, but section 2 sits down in front and those are courtside seats. It can be a little misleading so just a heads up.
I had seats in row 11 one time, the Blazers were in town, I grew up a Blazers fan back in the Clyde Drexler days. To be truthful, I didn't like sitting behind the goal. The goal bothers your view of the court somewhat, it's just like football, the sidelines are the way to go.
If you want autographs from the Spurs players, you will want to line up right outside of this section because it's next to the Spurs tunnel. The gates to the arena open two hours before the game so take advantage. I can't guarantee that you'll be able to get any because usually the security guys can be real jerks.
