You'll love these seats. There are 28 rows to choose from and it's all according to how close you want to sit to the action because even the last few rows are great. The seats at the bottom are the courtside seats and those come with access to the Platinum Club Lounge with free parking and they have waiters that bring you your food and bevs. (Nice but not worth spending money on if it's out of your budget).
You'll be behind the Raptors bench and should have no problems walking down in front near the bench at any point during the game for a quick photo of the team. You just have to watch out for the ushers guarding the courtside seats since those are seen as private and exclusive.
It's very easy to get to these seats if you just go through Gate 1 along Front Street. Gate 1 is the main entrance that most fans use. If you want quicker access into the arena, enter through gates 3 and 4 on the Bay Street side.

There's a lot I like about the Air Canada Centre. It's clean, it's in the middle of downtown Toronto, it can easily be accessed via the TTC transit system or within walking distance from much of the downtown landscape. There are numerous team shops throughout the arena that carry both Maple Leafs and Raptors collectibles but the best spot is at the Real Sports Apparel store at Maple Leaf Square. They have any Jersey or Hate you could want. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding area including visiting the Hockey Hall of Fame, the CN Tower, or the many bars and restaurants. (Jack Aster's is really good). All this place is missing is a winning basketball team but they don't draft well and free agents never seem to want to come here. When they start winning, this place will become electric and instantly become one of the league's best NBA Arenas.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 118, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a timeout at a Raptors game.

What I liked the most about this section was that it had two entrances, one at the bottom of the section and another near the top. So you're never too far from the exit tunnel and this keeps the stair climbing to a minimum. We were right behind the Raptors team bench. Nothing beats sitting that close to the floor (row 13), it was a great experience. In row 13, you're neither too close to the court or too far. Be prepared to drop some serious money on these seats though, Maple Leafs or Raptors games.
