I've never been to University of Phoenix Stadium for a Cardinals game but I did get to attend the 2009 Fiesta Bowl on January 5, 2009 and also got to see the BCS championship game there. We sat in section 403, row 15 on the aisle and these were great seats. We had a nice view of the entire playing field, which I was surprised by since 403 is in the corner of the upper levels.
We were not that high up at all; I wasn't too excited for the game knowing that I would be sitting in the upper levels. The only downside to section 403 is that you can not see the large scoreboard and have to rely on the small screen at the opposite end.

Parking for the Fiesta Bowl was much better than it was during the National Championship game. It felt like they figured out how to get cars out of the Blue lots within minutes. We were out of the lot within two minutes of arriving back at the car and there were thousands of other fans exiting the parking lots as well.

The security lines were pretty long an hour before the game, but they moved rather quickly. The escalators are not that well marked when you walk in, but once you find them, it's a pretty quick shoot to your seats. When my sister and I went to get concessions prior to the start of the game, we walked right up to the counter to order and were back in our seats within five minutes. Small lines during a huge event was impressive.
