Firstly, I love this stadium! It's so clean, spacious and welcoming to families and it's proximity to the Westgate shopping center makes for a fun Sunday. Section 113 is also a sure bet for a good view of the game, namely the North endzone. We were 3 or 4 sections away from the Cardinals player area at midfield. Couldn't see them too well from where we were sitting about 10 rows up. Near these seats is the tunnel leading to the visitors locker room which I think is an odd spot since teams usually enter from the corner tunnels (in other NFL stadiums). The Cardinals players take the field in the "Redzone Area" in the opposite end zone.
All in all, if you want the best possible view of all parts of the field, rows 30-40 may be the best. Sitting in the first ten rows, your view of the south endzone will suffer slightly.
There are a couple of sections in the upper deck that don't allow fans to drink alcohol which may appeal to some fans with families. Don't know their numbers though.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 113, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals/Oakland Raiders game at University of Phoenix Stadium.
