To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 503, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium.

The further you advance past row 10, the more your view will suffer in my opinion when you sit in not just 503 but any upper level seat. Row 1 on the upper level are the dream seats and the seats you should always shoot for if you plan on sitting up there.
I loved being able to see the offensive plays form, especially when the receivers come out of their breaks and go for the ball. The best sight lines in the stadium can be found in the 200s and 500s. The only downside to seats in the 500s is not being able to make out the players and the long walk up and down the ramps. It's a workout.
