No matter where you sit in ralph wilson stadium you are guaranteed a great view of the field. This is the best part because this place is seriously lacking the amenities of a professional sporting venue. The concourses were all very narrow and congested with fans. There were pipes exposed in the ceiling even. You would think a minor league football team plays here; guess that's why the tickets are so cheap; this just isn't a cash cow franchise.
Our seats for the game were in 106, row 16, seats 3-5. The Seattle Seahawks were in town which had an impressive season last year; helluva defense.
From our seats, it was hard to read all of the numbers on the field but sitting that close to the field added an intimacy that you just can't get from many other seats.
Also liked that we had a very small row, made getting in and out a breeze. If you like to drink before the game, chances are you will need to use the restroom often and this will come to play if you sit in row 16.
106 are corner end zone seats which are many times better than sitting directly behind either field goal post. I've made that mistake before for another Bills game.

Buffalo is a dreadful place to drive through from all directions so you really have to love the Bills to enjoy your experience in this city. Not much to see and very cold and to make things worse, Ralph Wilson Stadium is in the suburbs and is no where near downtown Buffalo where all of the hotels are.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 106, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bills/New York Jets game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
