These were fabulous seats. I sat here for the Titans game last year which turned out to be a real thriller of a game. Unlike some other NFL markets, it isn't hard to find seats at lower level midfield if you know where to look. We found our seats in 134 on Stubhub and paid handsomely for them but it was well worth it for just one game. Wish these were my season seats; we were right behind the Bills sideline on the 50 yard line. There are 50 something rows so the closer you sit to the field, the longer the walk back to the concessions are. So if you're in row 3, you'll want to add some strategy as far as when to leave your seat.
The rows were quiet wide but you shouldn't have any preference for any particular seat whether it be the aisle seat or in the middle because the view was great from every seat in 134 from what I could tell. We had row 11.

If you're planning on going to a Bills game, just make sure you're not staying downtown Buffalo because the stadium is in Orchard Park. The only public transit is the
Metro Bus and with all of the tailgating that goes in, it would be in every fan's best interest to be staying in a hotel near the stadium but those are usually booked well in advance.
