The upper levels at Ralph Wilson aren't as bad as one might think. There are ALOT of rows so be prepared to climb a lot of stairs if you're in the later rows (15-37). I wouldn't recommend sitting higher than row 15 for the sake of your view of the field. These seats are worth what you will pay for them most games; $50-$70, not a bad bargain by NFL standards. At least you're on the same side of the field as the Bills sideline.
For the most part I found Ralph Wilson Stadium underrated as to what I had heard about it. The stadium is fine. The sightlines are great and I even found the Bills fans to be much rowdier than I had expected. There is not much surrounding the stadium in terms of dining and bars but what do you expect from a stadium miles from downtown? Tailgating in Buffalo is the best I have seen in my limited NFL experience. Getting out of the parking lot is the real problem.
