Section 337 isn't as bad as I thought it would be considering it was nestled up top near the corner. It overlooks the endzone opposite of where the Bills players run out onto the field and the stadium's only scoreboard was in plain sight to our left.
If your seats are in rows 1-12, you will be left with very few steps to climb to get to your seats thanks to the location of the entrance tunnel. We had the aisle seats in row 5 so it took no time to make it to the rest room at a dead ball. The restrooms are old with a dirty feel to them and move kind of slowly if you go at the end of a quarter.
Attendance for Bills games is hit or miss, even for Patriots games, but I still wouldn't count of buying tickets here and being able to sneak into better seats on the bottom level. Ushers are usually on top of their game and I wouldn't want to be confronted by some of these drunk fans if you're in their seat.

There are no escalators, so fans are required to either take the ramps or the stairs to their seats. You'll be able to access your seats quicker by taking the stairs but the ramps are less of a workout which is why so many Bills fans take them instead. If you're going to be sitting in section 337, you'll want to enter the stadium through Gate 4 on the south side of the stadium and just take the ramp up. You can't miss it.
Give yourself plenty of time to make it through security, the pat down and ticketing process takes a while sometimes.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 337, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bills/Jacksonville Jaguars game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
