Even though these seats are in the end zone, I found out the hard way that it can become increasingly difficult to see the endzone if your seats are at the top of this section. I was seated in row 22 and found it hard to see the back of the end zone when every fan in the rows in front were standing up. They only stood up when a touchdown was about to be scored so it was easy to become even more frustrated. We had the epitome of a nosebleed seat.
The steps are also at the steepest possible incline. Even after making the 15 minute trek up the ramps to reach the upper level, we had another hike to our seats at the top. And if you want to make a restroom or food visit, there is even more stair climbing - probably not the best seats for the fans with children.

Other than that, I didn't see any excessive drunkenness of foul language in the "cheap seats". Panthers fans are still new to having an NFL team in their city and it definitely shows. If they showed the same support to the Panthers as they do Nascar, BofA Stadium would be rocking every Sunday.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 552, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Panthers game at Bank of America Stadium.
