To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 346, here is a Youtube video shot from row 5 during a Panthers/Washington Redskins game at Bank of America Stadium.

They call the club seats at Bank of America Stadium the 'Silver Club', thus, the silver instead of Sky Blue colored seats like the rest of the stadium. I enjoyed not sitting with the masses of Panthers fans for once and we had a much improved view compared to the area we usually sit in for Panthers games. We were almost directly behind the Panthers bench which was awesome. It's so weird seeing so many guys you watch on t.v. suddenly up close and in person like that.

You can also see the Charlotte skyline fairly decently, I hear it's very beautiful when lit up at night during the game. Of course, the Panthers rarely ever get a primetime Sunday or Monday night game. They're always in the 1 oclock slot. I was really expecting more from these seats in terms of comfort. The club patrons rarely stand during the game so it's important. You would have thought that during the renovation process, they would have upgraded the seats but that could have also meant raising the ticket prices.
