I had season seats in 125 for two seasons but dropped them after moving to Atlanta. Now, I go to one Panthers game each season at the Georgia Dome when they play the Falcons.
125 is in the corner of the end zone which doesn't sound appealing but delivers when it comes to giving fans the ultimate NFL experience. I was in row 4 and we couldn't get much closer to the game, the end zone seats are only 20 feet from the actual end zone. The fans are pretty good but not what they could be. They're the loudest when a Touchdown is scored when the game is on the line.
The ushers/security are very tight in this section so I wouldn't get any ideas if you're an upper level dweller.

A few other tips when visiting Bank of America Stadium:
-Wi-fi is free.
-The concessions are prepared by Stadium Food & Beverage Inc. which isn't as well known as Levy or Aramark who handle the concessions in a lot of the other stadiums around the country.
-There are plenty of portable tables scattered throughout the concourse for fans to eat on.
-You can only see the Charlotte skyline from the upper deck.
-The are two jumbo trons in the stadium, both rather small, but there is one in each end zone.
-There are two giant Panther statues outside of each entrance. They make for great photo opportunities before or after the game.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 125, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Panthers/Dallas Cowboys game at Bank of America Stadium.
