These seats aren't the best in the building but they're not the worst either. All of the seats here are made of metal, kind of like watching football at a high school or college stadium on bleachers. There are also no drink holders in these seats which makes things tricky when holding a beer or plate of nachos. I would suggest bringing one of those comfortable stadium chairs to the game if you'll be sitting in the dawg pound.
You won't feel close to the field at all here. The players all looked like ants but I think it's the environment that made our experience worth while.
I've sat in sections 317-323 before because I've made the Dawg Pound my home but have yet to buy season tickets.
The Dawg Pound is just a fun atmosphere for the true Browns fans. It's loud, hectic, there are fights, cursing, more fights, screaming at the visiting Steelers fans, plenty of beer drinking. (It doesn't help that the 16 oz. beers are only $7 either). I would leave the kids at home if you plan on sitting in 321.

There are some quality eats at Browns Stadiun, it doesn't get a lot of recognition in that regard. The Dawg Pound Deli and Legends Restaurant are two of the more popular spots. Legends is sit down. All of the food is expensive so if you're on a thin dime, you may may be better off tailgating and eating your own food from home. Bob Golic's on 6th street is also an affordable sports bar that's always packed with a ton of Browns fans.

P.S. - Stadium tours are offered Monday, Wed and Friday for only $10 per person.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 321, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Browns/Pittsburgh Steelers game at Firstenergy Stadium.
