My good friend and I bought two tickets here in 535, about 10-12 rows up for the Bills game last year. We were positive the Browns would have been able to pull out a win vs. the lowly Buffalo Bills but it didn't happen (A few weeks later, they turned right around and beat the Steelers).
These seats weren't the most comfortable we've had at a Browns game. If you ever sit in the club seats, you'll be absolutely spoiled for the rest of the games you attend afterward. Those seats have padding, more leg and elbow space, no waits at the restrooms/food lines and allow fans to come indoors and warm up during those brutally cold games.

Anyway... all you really get out of an upper level ticket at this stadium is the view so make sure it's a good sight line. I would recommend section 535 to almost any Browns fan that isn't too picky about where their seats are. I would also recommend maybe bringing a headset with a broadcast of the game (850AM or 98.5 FM) to help ensure you stay connected with what's going on down on the field. A young set of eyes may be able to read the numbers on the back of each player's jersey down below but don't count on it. If you're like me, you'll be referring to either video board in the end zones for your game information.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 535, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Browns/St. Louis Rams game at FirstEnergy Stadium.
