There are technically two front rows in most upper level sections. In section 404, the front row was row 1 if you're in the loge seats that are cushioned and row 9 which is in the regular seating area for 404. That may sound confusing but you'll see once you get to your seats in 404. There are 24 rows total so avoid whichever row you think would be the worst.

404 is a decent view. Nothing too special, no special amenities. Just a ton of stairs to climb and a ton of fans to deal with. These are the "cheap seats". You can often find seats up there for as little as $35 per ticket which is cheap considering the team you're watching; America's team.

I have found the best outlet for Cowboys fans to be Stubhub over the NFL Ticket Exchange. You can always go the scalper route outside of the stadium but it's just too risky, you never get to really choose your seats like you can when you visit these online ticket hubs.
