As long as you get the first six or seven rows, you'll enjoy these seats. I was in row 10 and would have preferred to sit a little closer and avoid dealing with all of those steep stairs. I understand though, the steep stairs are only to ensure you have a great view over the row in front of you. There are 20+ rows in section 436; I would avoid any row in the 20s.

The best thing about these seats is that they're affordable. I only paid $80 for two tickets which may be expensive to some fans. But it allowed me to see the team I loved in the league's most decorative NFL stadium.
