Best seats available on the Gridiron level aside from the Loge seats (the 500s) which are located at the foot of these. The 600s all have more rows. I've sat on all levels of the stadium and the worst seats are in the upper corners and upper end zones. Avoid those and you're fine. We bought our tickets for row D and had no complaints at all. Were just a quick step away from the restrooms and concessions; prepare for long lines though.
You will have no issues seeing over the fans' heads down in front of you if you sit in section 634. The architects did an excellent job with the layout of each section. This is a very clean stadium with fans that are kind and welcoming to fellow AFC South rival fans (for the most part) until you act like a jackass and get beer thrown at you.
There aren't too many restaurants near the stadium and you should know this if you ever saw a game at the old Astrodome (baseball or football). But Spicy Pickle, and Pappa's BBQ are all in the general vicinity/Main St. area of the stadium and I recommend those eateries for fans that have never been to Houston. You won't regret it. GO Texans!!!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 634, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Texans/Cincinnati Bengals game at Reliant Stadium.
