Have been to quiet a few Texans games although my love for them isn't quiet what it was for the Houston Oilers but it's getting there. For this particular game, the Texans were playing the Rams and got killed by a very mediocre team. Even though the outcome of the game was terrible, 110 is a very good section to sit in for a game. Rows were labeled A-Z, AA-JJ. The double lettered rows are great, don't let it hurt your perception. We were in the 10 yard line area, right in front of the northernmost end zone but could still see the plays near the south endzone just fine too. I wouldn't say all seats at Reliant Stadium are good because there are so many "small" sections on the upper levels, it's very choppy. The lower level and the Verizon Club are the best seats to have for a game.
If you don't already have a parking pass to tailgate with, know that there are no cash lots on the Reliant Park grounds. You can purchase parking passes online at Ticketmaster.com. If you're not into to tailgating but just want to eat before the game, check out the Budweiser Plaza area before the game where they have food/drinks, live music and games for fans. A lot of NFL stadiums are adopting the pre-game party tailgates for fans that may find off street parking or ride the light rail to the game.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 110, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Texans/Tennessee Titans game at Reliant Stadium.
