Sat here for the Jaguars game this season. Great seats, dreadful game. After starting out with a 2-0 record, the Texans went on to lose their next 14 games so by week 12, I was able to score some great seats without breaking the bank from Stubhub's website. Had row DD which put us only 4 rows from the field. Had never sat that close for any NFL game before but oddly enough, you will want to sit 10-15 rows from the field if seeing all of the field is important to you. If the full experience is more important to you, row DD or better will be a dream.
We took some great photos of the Texans players as their sideline was right in front of our seats. If you hold a ticket for 108 or any of it's neighboring sections, you should walk down before the game to watch warmups - it will make your day because if you're like me, you don't get to come to Texans home games very often.
Even though the stadium isn't in the middle of downtown Houston like the Toyota Center is, it's very accessible via the Metrorail which is only $1.25 each trip to ride. You will just need to get off at the Reliant Park stop and walk to the stadium. There isn't much of a neighborhood outside of the stadium in the way or dining establishments but hopping back on the Metrorail will put you minutes from the city's best bars and restaurants. Wherever you want to go.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 108, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Texans game at Reliant Stadium.
