Thanks to the tarps blocking off the upper corners of the stadium, essentially every seat in the 400s has a nice sideline view both on the east and west sides of the stadium. 434 was only one or two sections away from midfield which I loved because the view is strikingly similar and the ticket prices are a little cheaper. Binoculars aren't mandatory but they do help you keep up with the game.

Looking straight forward, you can see the downtown Jacksonville skyline depending on which seat you have but not much of it. The St. John's river will also be in plain sight to your left which is cool.
There are ramps throughout the stadium to help fans get to their seats. Allow yourself ten minutes to get up it with the crowds so be sure to leave your tailgate early enough to reach your seats before kickoff. The ramps aren't tough at all to climb, though. Getting in and out of the stadium when it comes to parking is usually a breeze to thanks to the nearby major freeways.
