Used to be a season ticket holder in 412 so I've seen many great Jags games from these seats and I made sure to renew them every year. They're very affordable to the average fan in the 400s, fans can become season ticket holders for 412 for as little as $360.
Every seat is good but some are better than others. Be careful about sitting behind the giant concrete blocks where fans enter each section.

Also Remember...
-Row A is the first row in this section. Row HH is the last row.
-Each seat has a cup holder.
-There are jumbo trons on either side of you in the end zones. Word is, they're improving them as well as other parts of the stadium.
-Best way to enter the stadium is to ride the escalators behind each end zone. The "Bud Zone" behind the South End zone is a neat little sport bar area to visit before the game if you're not tailgating. It's open for away games as well and I've done that a few times in the past just to be around other Jaguar fans.
-Parking is expensive. Not much around the stadium either so be strategic. The JTA bus from downtown may be the best option for some fans staying in downtown hotels.
-Food selection is better than average compared to other stadiums I've visited; college and pro. But you can bring your own food in from the outside if you want to save money. Wish you could bring in your own beer and show your ID. The best concession stands are on the bottom level too, the upper level mainly has the basic items like hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, etc.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 412, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Jaguars/Chicago Bears game at Everbank Field.
