If you don't need all of the amenities that the club seats offer to enjoy the game, then section 240 is just for you. My brother and I sat here for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game last December (the Jaguars won big) so it wasn't much of a game.
To our right was the touchdown club. They have it sealed off pretty well even though you can't tell looking at a photo of the stadium. The view of the playing field is the exact same from section 240 as it is from section 239 and is much less in ticket price. $100+ less per ticket for most games to give you an idea so unless you'll be sitting on the 50 yard line in the club seats, you will probably want to opt for seats like 240 if ticket price is a concern.

Our seats (row 11, seats 8 and 9) weren't padded but still offered plenty of comfort. There isn't much standing for Jaguars games unless the Jags enter the red zone or score a touchdown. Overall, every seat is oriented toward the field very well so kudos to whoever designed and constructed Everbank Field which will forever be known to me as Alltech Stadium.
