To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from club 30, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Patriots game at Gillette Stadium.

I'm not sure how many people actually sit here on behalf of buying their club seats on stubhub. But I was able to find decently priced seats here last minute for a game against the Miami Dolphins. They were still expensive but just as expensive as seats on the lower level. I sat in row 22 which was the second to last row. We had quick access to the concessions which are much nicer and cleaner than the ones you will find elsewhere at gillette stadium.

I could venture to the concessions for a beer during a timeout or challenge and be back to my seats before play had even resumed. There is a small wait for neither the food lines or the bathrooms. The bathrooms are much cleaner as well.

The view was amazing, as expected. You can see all of the offensive and defensive sets as if you were watching the game at home but with the entire field in view, not just where the ball is. Even during play-action plays, you don't lose the football like you would sitting in the end zone or upper level. If you can afford these seats, I say go for them. But for the most part, I think the club seats are occupied by the corporate hierarchy.
