I sat in 319, 4th row on October 21, 2012 vs. the New York Jets. (Overtime game).
The view was decent; I find the sidelines to provide a much better angle if you're into the X's and O's of football like myself. Even from that high up, I still found myself anticipating the return of the football down to the south side of the field because our view of the opposite end was at a minimum.
What I really enjoyed was sitting in such a small section with only 7 or 8 rows. Less fans to sort through and it kind of became like our own private cheering zone even though the noise we made during the game was dead weight being up so high.
There is a jumbotron in each end zone at Gillette but you'll only be able to see the one in the opposite end zone due to the location of these seats which are above/behind the south end zone jumbotron. It wasn't that big of a deal but the fans seated along the sideline are provided with a perfect view of both.
Probably wouldn't sit here again in all honesty. Just wasn't happy with what we got for as much as we paid in ticket costs.
Also didn't like that the upper levels are only accessible via walking ramps because there are no escalators. Mr. Kraft needs to get on board with technology and add escalators just like every other new era football stadium.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 319, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Patriots game at Gillette Stadium.
