Was very pleased with this section and it's atmosphere. The seat width and comfort level are pretty standard all over the stadium and the amount of room each seat has isn't very generous. No holders for your drinks, either so you'll be stuck holding your beer the entire time if you decide to buy one.
The ticket prices are competitive but the corners of the endzones like section 104 will be some of the cheaper tickets on the plaza level. I know this from years and years of attending Saints games at this stadium. Here, you will be able to see down the sideline too as opposed to the seats in the direct endzone and behind the field goal posts.
If you aren't tailgating or aren't really into Bourbon Street, the Saints have an outdoor tailgate party before every game that allows for fans to gather just outside of the main gate and drink and listen to music, socialize, etc. It's called Champions Square and it's very popular. If you know where the Steve Gleason Statue is, it's this general area. And just like at every other NFL stadium out there, parking at the Superdome is a nightmare. Too many garages and not enough surface lots but if you arrive early enough, you should be able to park in Surface Lots 3 and 4 for $20. You can also always ride the street trolley but lots of fans like to jump on and crowd those too.
