Saw the Jets play the Indy Colts from this section last season and they ended up winning big time. Had a blast at the game as I always do, of course, this was before the team completely collapsed and before finishing 6-10 at the end of the season.
336 was a great section. Right on the 20 yard line but also no different than a lot of the other sections on the upper level. This entails steep steps and long walks before the game and after the game. You're able to access the upper level through every way possible except or elevator which I think is only for fans with disabilities. There are stair cases in all corner of the stadium, ramps in each end zone and one escalator inside of each main gate. The escalators stay packed with fans and they only have one going up and one going down.
If you sit in the later rows of any upper level section and the stadium is near capacity, you're bound to be waiting a while before you reach your section's exit tunnel.
Overall, every seat is pretty cozy with it's own drink holder. The only dimension you should worry about is the width across. I can imagine heavy set fans taking up a lot of space in the upper level seats making it uncomfortable on their neighbor.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 336, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Jets/Kansas City Chiefs game at Metlife Stadium.
