Bay Area fans are spoiled by the fact that there are so many teams to see in the area. The Raiders have a good sized fan base but no where near the size of that of the San Fran 49ers. Anyway, I usually check out the Raiders and 49ers in person at least once each season. I was in 125 for the Redskins game months ago. Was about 25 rows from the field which was good enough to still feel like I was close to the game. All seats will have seatbacks. Just because this is an MLB stadium doesn't mean there will be metal bleachers. End zone seats are what they are. View can be solid if you sit in the last 10-12 rows.

A few other things to know about the Coliseum.
-Concourses aren't the biggest. Expect lots of traffic jams depending on when you arrive at your seats.
-There is a sit down restaurant on the club level called "Saag's". They serve Polish sausage, bratwurst, etc. You won't find any restaurants in the neighborhoods outside of the stadium. It's either tailgate or eat the stadium food.
-Beers are $9.
-You will use walking ramps to get to the upper level seats if you sit there. There are no escalators in the stadium. (That I know of).
-Easy to get to from the BART transit system. You can also take the Amtrak train or the AC Transit bus system. Parking is $35 per space which is among the highest in the NFL from what I understand.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 125, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Raiders/San Diego Chargers game at O.co Coliseum.
