Went to the Giants game game a few weeks ago and was seated in row 22. Row 22 is in the last half of the section but the view was solid and was ten times better than the upper endzones where the view absolutely sucked. Never once felt crowded by our neighboring fans. It's best to take the South Gate entrance on the I-95 side and take a slight right when you get through security. The entrance to 112 will be on the left. The main gate is the Xfinity Gate on the 11th street side. The fans were excellent but the Giants fans in our section probably didn't feel that way. Be very weary about visiting this stadium as a visiting fan. Whether it's only friendly banter or a fight being picked with you, expect anything. Sorry to bring bad news and overall, I would say the upper levels are much worse in terms of fan harassment.

The one thing I will warn future visitors about is the parking situation after the game. The stadium isn't within walking distance of downtown Philly hotels and 90% of fans drive to the game and park in the Sports Complex parking lots (most probably drunk upon returning to their car). You can ride the subway line but the line is tremendously long. There is a taxi stand on the corner of Pattison/Broad but the taxi cab drivers will charge you an obscene amount of money to get where you're going. My advice? Use strategy or maybe walk to one of the area bars/restaurants after the game to let the traffic die down. Mcfadden's, Philadium Tavern and BOOM BOOM BBQ are all nearby and are excellent. Parking is $25 for regular sized vehicles.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 112, here is a Youtube video shot from there following an Eagles/New England Patriots game at Lincoln Financial Field.
