Section 217 is the no fun zone. There is no alcohol allowed whatsoever and this section is focused more towards families. If you're a visiting team fan, this may be a safe place to sit. : ) Maybe not.

Don't take a flask into this section either. There are soccer moms all over the place that will rat you out to the security in a heartbeat. The view is ok but the seats are a little too high up for my liking. Come ready to climb some stairs; steep ones too. Cheap tickets though; 217 is a great way to go if you're on a budget and want to see the Eagles in person. Even sitting on the upper levels beats watching the game at home.
