I sat in 541 on December 4th, 2011 for the Bengals game. (It wasn't much of a game). Nothing beats upper level seats with the most passionate fan base in pro football.
541 is a very 'skinny' section. There are a ton of rows beginning with row A and afterwards the rows become double lettered after row Z so you will likely want to avoid buying seats in any double lettered row. There aren't very many seats in each row which is great. I love being able to watch the game with a few close friends and not have to sit with the masses.

Although we were there to watch football, the view of the Ohio river and downtown Pittsburgh skyline is spectacular and can be seen the best from this section. You get what you pay for and there is a reason tickets in this section typically cost $200+ a piece.

You can get to these seats via the West ramp and it's annoying walking up the ramp. It takes a good 5-10 minutes to get to your seats.
