No, 123 isn't exactly the Hawk's Nest but it's still rowdy and full of Seahawks fans that love their football. All of the seating is individual so don't worry about having a hard metal bleacher to sit on.
There are two concessions nearby that will meet all of your food and drink desires. A regular Miller or Coors Light is going to cost you $8.50 and possibly more next season.

The view of the playing field is spectacular looking north. This stadium is full of beautiful visuals like the Seattle skyline and the beautiful architecture of the stadium. Regardless of where you sit in this stadium, you will always be able to follow the football. There are no obstructions. But the depth of the football field is what's so tricky. You can't see the numbers on the field, especially the closer you sit to the field in this section. If the ball is on the 40, it looks like it's on the 30. The only way of keeping up with where the ball is watching the giant scoreboards and that gets annoying after a while.

Other than that, 123 is great for the pregame intro when the players take the field. The Seahawks player tunnel is just to the left of this section and it's quiet the sight when the Hawk flies out of the tunnel.
