Our seats had a better view than what I thought they would. The end zones are known as the cheap seats on the lower bowl. I would only recommend that you sit in the 2nd tier of seats (the rows with two letters) so that you can see the North end of the field better. If you sit too close, you won't be able to see the yard markers nearly as well but then again, close may be what you're going for. We managed to walk down to the front row here before the game and took some good photos of the Seahawks players as they were warming up. They will run out of the tunnel on your left...not far at all from where you'll be sitting. If you've ever seen a Seahawks game on tv, you've noticed that a celebrity or former Mariners/Seahawks player will usually raise the 12th man flag which denotes the fan's impact on the game with their loudness. The area where the flag is, is just above 124.
Before the game, we spent a good amount of time in the "Touchdown City" area which is inside the CenturyLink Events Center. Tailgating isn't too much part of the culture for Seahawks games so fans with hang out there or hang out at local bars before games. At Touchdown City, you'll be able to meet the Seahawks' cheerleaders, get your face painted for free and they have food and an endless amount of games and sponsors set up as vendors. It was really cool.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 124, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Seahawks/New England Patriots game at CenturyLink Field.
