144 gave us almost the same view the seats in the "Hawk's Nest" gave us when we sat up there for another Hawks game. Only difference is in 144 you aren't directly behind the uprights and will be sitting on regular seats and not metal bleachers. There are two areas for this section, one part is a little higher up and the other is further down right next to the field. Either will do but we were in row AA, one of the last few rows in the 2nd part, and were very happy with the tickets we chose. You can get to your seats rather quickly if you enter through the stadium's north entrance and we were just a quick shoot from the concourse too. "Seattle Dogs" and "Starbucks" were the main stands outside of our seats but the prices bordered highway robbery. This place is one big tourist trap just itching for your money. If you want to save a few bucks, you may want to get stuffed on the food offered by the Food Trucks on Occidental Avenue (outside of the stadium). You'll need cash but the food trucks will have a very diverse selection. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby too. You can't go wrong with Pyramid Alehouse, Henry's Tavern or the Hawk's Nest Grill. Seattle has something for everyone.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 144, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Seahawks/Green Bay Packers game at CenturyLink Field.
