To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 146, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Buccaneers game at Raymond James Stadium.

I have actually sat in section 146 more than once and there is really only two downsides and one is that you don't get a glimpse of the pirate ship in the north end zone. It will sit directly behind your seats. The other is that these seats face straight ahead and aren't angled very well toward the field at all. You'll be adjusting your body to see the plays in the north end zone.
Other than that, these are great seats.
The open ends behind either end zone allows for anyone to stand and watch the game from the lower deck so get to the game early if you have upper deck seats and don't mind standing.

Also, behind each end zone are lots of concession and beer options, and plenty of open areas if you need to get away from the crowds. If you're able to sit in the club seats, where they have more comfortable padded seats, make sure to take the stairs to the second level. The club seats offer not only air conditioning, but better alcohol and food options with shorter lines too. That goes for the restrooms too.
