Saw the Titans play the Indianapolis Colts from section 110 last year. Best seats I've had for a Titans game even though I hadn't been to too many games until this year. Now is the perfect time to sit on the lower level sidelines because the time hasn't been doing very well and you can find tickets for sometimes less than face value. Expect to pay right around $70-$100 per seat.
The seats here all sit right on the 25 yard line so 80% of the time, you'll be close to where the football is. Could see all of the yard markers really well. Every seat had it's own drink holder. The amount of space for your legs is average. The concourses are very cavernous and aren't very wide, also very plain. There are no escalators leading up to the seats on the top deck either.
They've added two new scoreboards for the 2013 season. One in each end zone and they aren't riddled so much with advertisements anymore and are much bigger than the old scoreboards.
The food options are pretty good. They have Papa John's Pizza and Logan's Roadhouse on the inside. Beers are right around $9. You should always eat before the game at one of the many restaurants in downtown Nashville whether it be Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville or Joe's Crab Shack.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 110, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Titans/Washington Redskins game at LP Field.
