115 didn't have the best sight lines of the lower level sections but they were good enough.
The center was recently renamed after it's new sponsor, PNC, but that doesn't take away from the fact that if you have long legs, your shins and knees get pressed against the seat or wall in front of you. The only way to stretch your legs out is to stand up and walk around the arena which you should do to take it all in. I've been there for concerts, Hockey games, and special events and have had the same issue every time.

On the plus side, the fan atmosphere at Hurricanes games always makes you forget how good or bad your seats are.
