Any seat in 248 will do since the section is so small. If you like cheering with the herds of loud and rowdy Avalanche fans then you probably won't enjoy the club seats though the view of the ice is excellent. The club level is elevated perfectly above the first level and it's more like it sits further back from the lower level instead of higher up.

I would recommend bundling up, even in the spring when you visit, although many times the fall and early spring holds cold weather. But anyway, the ice must stay frozen so the air is going to be very frigid no matter what. Ignore what the weather is like outside when you dress for hockey games.
