Premier level is often considered the best option for seats at Kings games. You'll have to decide for yourself because I would have much rather sat on the lowest level close to the glass. Some fans are different; they may prefer the view from the private section and the VIP treatment.
The cell phone chargers in the concourse are a little too much though convenient. I would have expected something like that at the airport and not the Staples Center.

There is a wait staff member in your section to take your order from a limited stadium menu; the food is not complimentary. Many other staff members are the ones that actually bring your food to you in your seat. If you buy the bottomless popcorn option, you have to keep retrieving the popcorn yourself, the staff won't refill it for you.

If you don't want anything on the menu, there are multiple Mcdonald's locations on all levels of the arena.
