The balcony ends are pretty solid in terms of the view of the ice you get, especially if you get the middle end section that sits perfectly behind the net. Even though 116 was in the upper corner, we could still see the puck with perfection. You can still hear the scratches of the ice as the players are skating. The only thing that's unfortunate is that when a fight breaks out, you have to watch it on the big screen. You can't really make out what's going on from the balcony.

So if you like fights, go for the lower level sections. The arena as a whole still has that brand new shiny smell and feel to it and is easy to navigate and find your seats.
My only complaint is that the Prudential Center didn't have too many selections in terms of craft beers, Blue Moon, that was about it. And they served Pepsi instead of Coke. Yuck.
