To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 102, here is a Youtube video shot from row B (seat 5) during a Senators/Montreal Canadiens game.

There is a split in this section so there weren't a ton of seats in 102 which was nice. No fan enjoys climbing in and out of rows where there are tons of people. The rows are lettered A thru R, you can either be close to the glass or close to the concourse and the seats are just as good- how many sections can you say that about? Not many, in any NHL arena.

The only headache that goes with Senators games is getting to the Scotiabank Place itself. If the arena were smack dab in downtown Ottawa, the experience would be that much better. Parking is expensive as you probably already expect, I do know that there are shuttles that take fans to and from downtown but I'm unaware of the company's name.
