To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 219, here is a Youtube video shot from there before the first Penguins game at the Consol Energy Center.

Center ice on the upper level. Great section, ideal if you are going to sit on the upper level. I will warn you that the upper level seating is very steep so not a good place to bring your kids. They could fall.

As with most things in the arena, these seats are overpriced.
I enjoyed the game but really wish I had my money back. Will be back if tickets become a little more affordable.
