I have Caps season tickets in 209. It's a single-row "section," basically looks like the top row of 107, in the Loge area. Unlike all the rows below, you get club concourse access (shorter toilet lines, better concessions, smaller crowds) even though you don't have club level seats. You can go down to the lower concourse if you wish, of course. Also no seats directly behind you, although the standing-room space is across the aisle that runs behind your seats, so you do get some traffic. You can hang your jacket on the back of your seat. Great view of the ice (note that 209 is at the end where the Caps shoot twice). I think this part of the arena is quite underrated.
