To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 226, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Spurs/Boston Celtics playoff game at the AT&T Center.
I saw the Spurs/Warriors game on March 11th, 2011. Big win for the Spurs. I think every Spurs game is a great game at this arena - you're always bound to get your money's worth. There were escalators to take us up to our seats in 226 so it was nice to not have any ramps or stairs to climb. The rows were numbered 1-23. We were in the middle, row 12 but ended up moving down to row 3 in the second half when we saw that practically an entire row had been left vacant.
The game looks a little slower from up there as opposed to the lower levels. That's going to be the same story for any sport that you watch. These seats will face the Spurs bench. You can usually stand outside of sections 101 or 128 before the game if you want to get autographs from the players (sections 101, 128); it will only make the experience better and they don't really check tickets at that point.
