To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 325, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Chiefs playoff game at Arrowhead Stadium.
If you don't mind sitting on the top level, it's going to be hard to beat seats in 325. I wouldn't say binoculars are completely necessary but they do help. The players will look like ants even from row 1 and you don't come to appreciate their size and speed like you would watching the game from the first level.
Our seats were in row 11 and that was for a Chiefs vs. Chargers game, the Monday night season opener two years ago. The atmosphere was amazing and even on the top level, the fans boast a playoff attitude. You'll find plenty of season ticket holders in section 325, many of them know each other and are as passionate and knowledgeable about the Chiefs as any.
I would avoid the upper level end zone seats as a general rule. Even from up there seeing the opposite end zone is a challenge which is very odd.
