This area is dark because the overhang hangs above every single seat. 219 was also towards the end of the field near the foul pole. It's no worse than the tbt party deck in terms of seating, much better actually. Close to the concourse area but no real amenities at all. There is a stand outside of these seats called 'Fan Favorites' that has all of the regular fare but Outback Steakhouse and Papa John's also have a strong presence in the building. If you're on a budget, you can bring bottled water and food as long as it's in the proper containers. Kudos to the Rays organization for that!
