139 was a tiny section. There were only 12 rows and we were very close to the concourse and you will have a grat view of the outfield. The concourses at Rogers Centre are huge.

These seats are in left center field which means right handed hitters hit a lot of home runs in this area.
What I didn't like was the jumbotron was practically behind us so we couldn't see the replays and lineup very well. (We sat in row 10).

This ballpark is easy to get to via the TTC. The attendances are pretty poor so there is no need in purchasing tickets on the top deck. You should be able to find some great deals on lower level seats on Stubhub or Ticketmaster.
