I've sat in 219 only once but never will I again. Too far from the court; I just didn't feel like I was a part of the game and neither will you. You can't make out the players and the jumbo screen at center court isn't big enough to keep you in touch with the game. I don't even think it's in HD like so many other arenas are providing these days.

Target Center has definitely waged a war on the middle class with the ticket prices they offer but they usually fall down as the season goes on and the Wolves inch further and further out of playoff contention.
To sit anywhere in the upper level is really only like saying "I was there for the game." You'd be much better off watching the game on TV at home. If you can't afford good lower level seats, wait it out and save up money until you can afford them.
