To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 131, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Timberwolves/Detroit Pistons game at the Target Center.

Impossible to go wrong with section 131. It's the ideal seat for every Wolves fan which is why the ticket prices are the most expensive in the arena. You'll be on the home side of the arena, the Wolves sideline will be just down to your left. The seats are comfortable but could stand to be a little wider.

I sat in section 131, row A for a Wolves game a few years back, luckily I still had the ticket stub otherwise I wouldn't have remembered this information.

This section is the perfect seats, dead center court behind the scorer's table. You have both team's benches to your right and left-great spot for photos of all of the players.
The stadium as a whole is not all that. I say that only because it is crammed into a tiny downtown area and the arena is old and outdated.
Entrance and exiting the stadium is pretty easy. Small market team with cheap tickets. Take advantage.
